The Granary, South Somerset

The Granary is a bespoke, high-end specification dwelling located in South Somerset. The dwelling structure consists of a timber frame cavity external wall, is highly insulated, and served by MVHR (mechanical ventilation with heat recovery) ensuring future energy use and consumption is very low. The internal Reception Rooms, Kitchen, and Master Bedrooms have fantastic oak truss features with a rustic appeal and appearance. LT&D provided the construction working drawings and coordination of 3rd parties. Planning Approval & concept design by others.
