LT&D have provided the construction drawings for this high quality development in Blackford for regular client Hopkins Developments. The development consisted initially of the conversion of the existing barn which sits within the curtilage of a Listed Building. The main structure of the barn has been retained with additions in the form of the oak framed link to a previously detached outbuilding (now Guest Bedroom) and Entrance Porch. The barn construction is complete, while a 2 storey detached new build, designed by others to mimic a converted barn and remain in keeping with the site, is currently under construction.
