About this project
This is just one of a number of plots within this development that LT&D has assisted the Project Manager with coordinating the construction phase pack including creation of the drawings used by the Main Contractor for the build. The plot cantilevers over ‘The Lakes’ and is built using a premanufactured timber frame and has many cutting edge technologies and energy efficient measures. Design and Planning Permission ascertained by colleagues from the in-house Architectural Design team at The Lakes development.
