Existing 2 storey detached dwelling with views out to the Bristol Channel. Planning and Building Regulations approval for numerous extensions to even out the living proportions. Additionally a separate single storey Annex built into the land in front of the main dwelling, which has been designed to easily be converted into a Garage in the future.
